- Where do I start?
The process starts with our enquiry form. This outlines your web site requirements clearly, such as the purpose that your website will serve, your target audience, the final budget that you have for the website, whether copywriting services are required and so on.
Development process, follow up support, maintenance package, content management and any other services will be outlined here.
The budget proposal will be written from the answers that you give here and contains suggestions for strategy and future development.
- How much will your website cost?
The final cost of the website depends on many factors.The quote will be within the budget set out by you and will incorporate as many features as possible that you equire.
The final cost of any website is dependent on such elements as strategic planning and development, web design, graphic design, database development, multimedia, interactive features, SEO, web maintainence.

- How long will it take for you to finish my project?
Again, this is dependent on many factors depending on your needs and the size and complexity of your website.
I will be able to give you a rough idea of the time involved once after I complete your project brief.
The biggest delay's to completion dates tend to be due to delays in my receiving text or images from you, the client and changes in requirements after the project has began. In order to keep delays to a minimum I do request that you provide this information promptly and you ensure that your proposal document is acceptable and correct before we begin.
- Will the fact that you will be working from a distance have any impact on the work?
No, not at all. Most of my clients are far away from me and I have developed websites successfully for them regardless of the distance involved. I have estabished processes and systems that have enabled me to communicate and collaborate effectively with my clients.

- I have an existing website but it needs updating, can you help?
Absolutely! All websites need updating regularly. I will take elements from your old site, however most designs require a full revamp to reflect your business today and incorporate new features available that perhaps weren't possible at the time the original site was made.
- How do I pay for the work?
I charge 50% deposit and the balance due on completion.
